How do I update my email address and other account details?
After logging into your account online, you will be able to update your email address, mailing address and any payment information that you have saved.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, because we begin processing your order immediately once placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it in our system. However, you can return your purchase for up to 14 days after the ship date.
I am having issues placing an order online, who should I contact?

Can I order online and pickup in store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer order online and pickup in store at this time.
Can I get a price adjustment on my order if some of the items are now on sale?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.
SHIPPING
What are your shipping costs?
You can see the shipping costs on the cart based on your zip code.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer everyday FREE economy shipping on all orders over $75, excluding taxes and after coupons or promotions.
Where do you ship?
At this time we only ship throughout the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When will my order ship?
Note that orders generally process within 2 business days, not including holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed. Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No we can only ship to physical address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy for online orders?
If you change your mind, we offer returns online. Within 7 days, with tags attached, receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Sale Items are FINAL SALE. CINNID the right to deny the return of any product.
Within 30 days, with tags attached, receive a site credit that does not expire. Sale Items are FINAL SALE. Cinnid reserves the right to deny the return of any product.
What is your exchange policy for online orders?
Simply return your item by mail and re-purchase your new item. Cinnid is unable to offer exchanges. If you received an item as a gift, you will need a receipt or gift receipt to process your exchange. Sale Items are FINAL SALE. Cinnid reserves the right to deny the return of any product.
How do I track if you have received my return?
